This is a real innovative idea. Pizza peels have to be long and usually take up lots of space, but this one folds. As a peel, it worked fine. It was a bit large for my small oven and was hard to turn the pizza because it was square and the size of the oven space. However, it did a great job of getting the pizza on and off without sticking.
